These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Develop a portfolio strategy for the Middle East & Africa region to support the business development of our three Global Business Units SAN Vet, SAN Agrow and SAN Venture
• Establish sales objectives and KPIs in alignment with the Global Business Units strategies and assign sales targets to different countries and areas, considering sales volume, product mix, and selling price, according to budget
• Ensure customers have the best possible experience, through products and services, and high-quality customer service support
• Ensure proper use of CRM to register relevant sales activities and communication with target audiences
• Support the development and implementation of a market intelligence program to allow market assessment and research, competitors’ analysis, pricing strategies, and to better assess products potential and create competitive advantage

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Academic background in life science
• At least 8 years of work experience in Sales or business development
• Hunting spirit and positive attitude to chase business opportunities
• Sales and profit driven
• Develop strategies and plans to defend and expand existing business
• Strongly focus on new business development in the region
• Go the extra mile to fulfill and, whenever possible, exceed expectations & budgets
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-motivation and self-development mindset
• Seeing change as opportunity and not as a threat
