
Customer Experience Support Associate (f/m/d)

The Position
We are seeking from now on a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Support Associate to join our team. This role is based at regional office that governs and manages business in 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Teams in delivering exceptional service to our customers across multiple digital channels.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Regularly follow up on ongoing projects and coordinate with countries
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation – including project plans, status reports, and other project-related materials
- Help identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and projects
- Coordinate and support Sales Teams and assist the CX Team Lead
Requirements
- MSc/MBA degree in B.A./ Marketing or Health Sciences
- Relevant experience in a customer relationship role
- Great digital savvy paired with project management skills and a strong customer-centric mindset
- Experienced working in cross-functional teams and complex environment
- Business fluency in oral and written English is required
