What you’ll do
The DNP application landscape is getting more complex and encompassing different systems and/or application platforms, such as SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, LIMS, TrackWise, CDMS etc. that are integral to product compliance. Therefore, resources with broad knowledge of multiple IT platforms, their integrations and interfaces, and regulatory framework is important for the organization.
As IT Systems Lead you will ensure that the DNP OPS organization maximizes the return from their IT solutions, through support and continuous improvements that drive product compliance.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day technical, key-user and user business support of IT Systems.
- Ensure roll-out of value-add technical continuous improvements to the IT systems that benefit users.
- Display outside-in, customer-friendly, positive mind-set.
- Involved in the selection of specialty consultants for IT projects that benefit quality and product compliance.
- Actively involved as a Project Manager or System Lead during system implementations, upgrades and/or enhancements.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Information Management or Informatics.
- Broad technical knowledge of multiple IT platforms or IT data systems
- Consultancy skills, including Information/Requirement analysis, technical writing and good testing procedures according CSV regulations.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills to align different interests / expectations to support the business.
- Understanding of IT environment: Windows and UNIX operative systems, virtualized systems, Oracle and MS-SQL databases, several programming languages (visual basic, HTML, CP macro, C++, SQL, etc.), Citrix, Crystal reports, Proficy Workflow, OPC, MS-office, Mendix etc.
- Fluency in English
