The Position

The QM Digital Change and Communication Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for designing, developing and implementing a Change Management and a Digital Communication framework as well as leading Change and Communication activities of assigned global projects and initiatives.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Change Management Framework to enable project teams and initiatives implement their outcomes in the most efficient manner
  • Lead change management activities for projects / initiatives in the Quality Medicine area using structured methodology including
  • Design, develop and deliver a digital communication framework enabling projects and initiative members to excel in their communication/marketing approach
  • Co-create, deliver and manage the digital assets to be used across various digital marketing campaigns with project/initiative teams
  • Work closely with both Creative and Digital agencies to develop content to the highest standards and cross-industry best practices

Requirements

  • Min. Master or PhD related in communication, psychology, digital marketing in combination with 5+ years’ experience in equivalent position, preferably pharma industry experience (e.g. GxP)
  • Experience in leading and supporting global change management projects/initiatives in a global business environment
  • Knowledge and experience in change management methodologies and tools, proven track record in digital marketing/communication
  • Analytical as well as project management skills and capability as well as will to coach peers, as well as training and facilitation skills
  • Business proficiency in English

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 43,548.40 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
