The Position             

We are currently seeking an adept and detailed-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Animal Health Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance team at Boehringer Ingelheim’s Regional site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be to support the product registration team in a multinational environment. This is a great opportunity to further your regulatory career or gain exposure to a new career area. This position will report to the Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintain and update global regulatory affairs (RA) databases 
  • Prepare and submit product variations to government agencies 
  • Coordinate product information translations and review artwork releases 
  • Manage information and regulatory dossiers in our Regulatory Information Systems (RIMs).
  • Build relationships with local and global regulatory colleagues and 3rd party local regulatory consultants and representatives 

Requirements

  • Proficient English language skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience in life sciences such quality, veterinary, laboratory or research
  • Proficiency and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience and wiliness to work with various industry software systems

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 39,625.32 (full time), although the actual salary is based on your technical skills and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
