SOP/Knowledge Management Operations Manager (f/m/d)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated SOP/KM Operations Manager to join our team immediately.
As the SOP/KM Operations Manager, you will play a vital role within our global SOP and Knowledge Management (KMed) Team. Your responsibility will be to oversee and provide essential documents and training materials to our external partners. As the primary point of contact for both our internal global and local Medicine business functions as well as external partners, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Plan and lead distribution process of documents/training material to external partners
• Co-manage the Medicine Knowledge Management platform, including Roadmap creation and guiding the Admin Team
• Develop and maintain systems/tools for digitalization and automation of SOP and KMed processes
• Support Business Stakeholders in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain metrics (KPIs) for oversight

Requirements

• Masters degree in business administration, natural sciences, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in process/system projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a global cross-functional business environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational abilities, critical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and database

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 43,548.40 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
