CONNECTING Life-Sciences
LISAvienna is the cluster platform for life sciences in Vienna, which was set up at the interface of Austria Wirtschaftsservice and the Vienna Business Agency. On behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy and the City of Vienna, it contributes to the further development of the industry. LISAvienna supports innovative companies in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical products and digital health that develop new products, services and processes in Vienna and bring them to market internationally. The platform connects these companies with development partners and lead customers. As a thought leader, LISAvienna provides a basis for decision-making to strengthen the life sciences in Vienna and helps to position Vienna as one of Europe’s leading innovation centers.

LISAvienna ist die Clusterplattform für Life Sciences in Wien, die an der Schnittstelle von Austria Wirtschaftsservice und Wirtschaftsagentur Wien eingerichtet wurde. Im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und der Stadt Wien trägt sie zur Weiterentwicklung der Branche bei. LISAvienna unterstützt innovative Unternehmen in den Bereichen Biotechnologie, Pharma, Medizinprodukte und Digital Health, die in Wien neue Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Verfahren entwickeln und international auf den Markt bringen. Die Plattform vernetzt diese Unternehmen mit Entwicklungspartner*innen und Leitkund*innen. Als zentrale Wissensdrehscheibe liefert LISAvienna Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Stärkung der Life Sciences in Wien und wirkt bei der Positionierung der Stadt Wien als eines der führenden europäischen Innovationszentren mit.
